MyFlex Ballet©
Students who have chosen this program are generally at the middle and high school ages and have increased academic and social responsibilities. Students can continue their ballet training at a more flexible schedule to comply with their busy schedules. See MyFlex Ballet© for class schedules and prices.

MyFlex Ballet© Boy’s Class (Ages 9-14)
This class incorporates the basic elements of classical ballet, with emphasis on supplemental training and conditioning to increase strength and flexibility.
Tuesday 5:45-6:30pm .75 hrs. technique
$10 single class

Ballet Basics for Teens (13 to 18 years)
It is not too late to start!  If you always wanted to try ballet and never had the chance, this class is for you.  The class incorporates the basic elements of classical ballet barre and center work.
Thursday 5:30-6:30pm 1 hr. technique
$220 per trimester
Dress Code: Girls- Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers. Black skirt, optional.
Boys-White T-shirt, black biker shorts or pants, white socks, black or white ballet slippers.

Sacred Arts (Ages 12-18)
Students develop an appreciation of dance for worship and praise in a Judeo-Christian faith tradition through performing in a youth sacred arts company, Saint Paul City Ballet Rivers Ensemble.
Thursday 5:45-6:30pm .75 hrs. technique
$75 per trimester
Dress Code: Girls- Black leotard and pink or black tights, ballet slippers.
Boys-White T-shirt, black shorts or ankle tights, and dance belt.

Adult 1-2
Classes run on a continuous basis throughout the year and are accompanied by a pianist with a full barre and centre work. Students must have 6 months previous classical ballet training and knowledge of barre and centre work. These classes offer more demanding movement vocabulary and longer combinations.
Wednesday 7:30-9:00pm 1.5 hrs. technique class
Single lesson or class card (see Adult Class cards below).

Adult 3 on Sundays
Classes run on a continuous basis throughout the year and are accompanied by a pianist with a full barre and centre work. Students must have previous classical ballet training and knowledge of barre and centre work. These classes offer more demanding movement vocabulary and longer combinations.
Sunday 12:00-1:30pm 1.5 hrs. technique class
Sunday 1:30-2:00pm .5 hrs. pointe class (Must take at least 2 technique classes per week including the preceding Adult 3 class)
Single lesson or class card (see Adult Class cards below).

Adult Class cards:
2 Class card- $25 and expires the last day of each month.
4 Class card- $45 and expires the last day of each month.
6 Class card- $65 and expires the last day of each month.
8 Class card- $85 and expires the last day of each month.
Carte Blanche (unlimited classes)- $110 and expires the last day of each month. Beginning with the first full month, Oct.

ALL STUDENTS:

Annual registration fee: $50 individual; $55 family. Non-refundable.
This one-time per year fee covers administrative costs for registering, database management, and processing transactions during the year. This allows us to keep our per class rates down.

Volunteer opportunities: Help support the ballet.

Location and Parking:
Studios at 1680 Grand Avenue in St. Paul, 2 blocks west of Snelling Avenue. Entrance on Cambridge Avenue.
 Free on-street parking.
