The program is designed for a full academic year of training from September through May split into trimesters:
Fall (September, October, November)
Winter (December, January, February)

The tuition will be drawn out within the first week of each trimester.

A student cannot relay this information to the Director. If a minor student wishes to leave a class they are attending they must remain in the main studio or in the lobby area until a parent has been contacted and pick-up arrangements have been made.
- Credit for tuition or extensions on class cards are given only in cases of injury or serious illness where medical documentation is provided.
- A $25 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
