Michael
Leimbach, Ph.D.
Chair
Dr.
Leimbach is the Vice President of Research and
Design for Wilson Learning Worldwide, a global
provider of human resource development and performance
improvement technology for businesses. He received
his Ph.D. in Child Psychology from the
University
of
Minnesota
in 1990 and has been with Wilson Learning since 1984.
He serves on the Executive Board of Wilson Learning
and is a former board member of the
Owensboro
(
Kentucky
) Dance Theatre. Michael has been involved in dance
and classical ballet since 1977 as a ballet student,
performer, and now the father of an SPCB student.

Marla Murphy-Guddal
Vice-Chair
Marla
has been the Executive Vice President of Lee F.
Murphy, Inc. Insurance Brokers of St. Paul since 1977. A native of St. Paul, she attended
Derham Hall High School before graduating from
Regis College in Denver, Colorado. She also serves on the board of the Summit Avenue
Residential Preservation Association and volunteers
for Humane Society for Companion Animals.

Kathrine E. Hill
Treasurer
Kathrine E. Hill serves on various boards in the nonprofit and for profit sectors. Kathrine's deep passion for nonprofit governance has impacted and influenced multiple organizations throughout the United States. Her influence on such boards as, American Composer's Forum, Concordia Academy, Grotto Foundation, and the Glacier National Park Fund has propelled many of these organizations into a strong philanthropic future. Kathrine has seen firsthand how SPCB has impacted the lives of dancers, both young and old. She is a proud sponsor of the Sacred Arts Program and is committed to making dance accessible to all, through her work on the board and in the community.

Patti
DeMay
Patti
is the former owner of Just Grand, a women's
clothier in the Grand Avenue business district in
St. Paul. Besides managing a small business, her skills
include buying and selling, bookkeeping, and personal
communications. A former professional dancer,
she continues to study classical ballet under Saint
Paul City Ballet's guidance. She spends many hours
creating substantive things to benefit SPCB with
her creativity and expertise.

Westby
Joan
is the mother of two SPCB students. She is a professional
with a degree in Horticulture, a master gardener,
and manager of a local nursery center in St. Paul. She is dedicated to the arts and contributes countless
volunteer hours to SPCB's organization.

Lori
Gleason
Lori
is the Principal of Lori Gleason Design, creating
a range of corporate and non-profit communications
and marketing strategy: brand identity, standards
and guidelines; annual reports, logos, capability
brochures; and web design. Clients include Minnesota
Public Radio, DPRA Environmental, General Mills,
and many others.

Elizabeth Sorensen

Gabriela
Komleva
A
leading coach of The Maryinsky Theatre and professor
of St. Petersburg Conservatory, Gabriela serves
as SPCB's advisor. A star of the Kirov Ballet
from 1957-1988, she danced many principal roles
including, among many others, Sleeping Beauty and Don
Quixote. Ms. Komleva has taught master classes
for SPCB's Masters Series.
